Orders will be acknowledged within 24-48 hours by email with an Arden Studio acknowledgment number.
Please be sure to check order acknowledgment to confirm accuracy of products, sizes and finishes against your P.O
P.O.s with missing information, finishes or incorrect pricing will be placed on hold and the lead time will not start until a revised P.O. is received.
Claims for pricing or order entry errors must be made no later than 48 hours of order placement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The prices shown in Arden Studio’s List Price Sheet are the prices prevailing at the time the List Price Sheet was published.
Storage, applicable sales tax, custom charges and any installation charges are not included.
Arden Studio reserves the right to change these prices at any time.
Additions to orders already processed shall be considered separate orders and shall be priced accordingly.
Shipment date mentioned on Arden Studio’s order acknowledgment is the best approximation of the probable shipment date, and shall not represent a fixed or guaranteed shipment date.
Typical lead times are as follows:
Nordic™ Collection: 3 - 10 business days.
Made-to-order items: approximately 4-6 weeks.
Custom Items: approximately 6-8 weeks.
Cancellations and Change Orders
All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled unless Arden Studio grants written consent.
Change orders are subject to approval and are not accepted until a revised Arden Studio acknowledgment is sent. In the event a change order is accepted, change fees may apply. Lead time starts on the day of approval of changes.
Returns and Exchanges
As many of our products are made to order, Arden Studio does not accept returns or exchanges.
All Arden Studio items have a 10-year limited warranty.
Arden Studio’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any product or part that it determines to be defective after inspection by its authorized representative, following receipt of written notice of the defect from the purchaser within the warranty period.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only, is non-transferable and is not applicable outside the United States and Canada.
Warranty does not apply to: damage in shipment caused by the carrier, defects caused by improper installation, products subject to improper use and conditions, customer modifications to the product.
Labor charges and/or damaged incurred in the installation, repair or replacement of any products are excluded; Arden Studio will replace the product if the claim is approved.
The right is reserved by Arden Studio to make changes in design and material, as well as discontinuance of parts and products when such action is deemed to be an improvement in design, function or construction.
Shipping and crating costs are in addition to the total net cost of the order.
Products are packaged and shipped as best determined by Arden Studio.
Special freight requests, such as guaranteed delivery date, lift gate, inside delivery, etc., must be made prior to order placement and are the responsibility of the customer.
Arden Studio may ship order in installments, as they become available.
If a split shipment is requested by customer, they are responsible for additional fees.
Title of the product passes from Arden Studio to the purchaser upon shipment of the product by Arden Studio.
Customer will be charged for re-delivery or re-consignment of all orders if caused by a customer change after the goods have left Arden Studio’s dock.
Shipping Claims and Storage Fees
All shipments must be carefully inspected by customer before acceptance, and the customer must record any damage or shortages at time of delivery on the Bill of Lading and provide this information to Arden Studio within 24 hours, along with any photos of the damage.
Failure to make claims against designated carrier within 10 days constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of any defects, errors or shortages discovered upon inspection.
Any claims must be made prior to installation.
Storage fees may apply on orders for which final payment has not yet been received.
All new customers are generally required payment in full for first three orders.
Upon completion of this requirement, customers are eligible to apply for Net 30 terms of payment.
If approved, terms of payment and allowable credit limit will be established based on the credit rating and credit information provided by and for specific customers. Arden Studio may at any time and in its sole discretion, limit, change or cancel buyer’s credit terms or deposit requirements.
All custom and made-to-order items require a 50% deposit.
Orders are invoiced at time of shipment.
Each Party shall be excused for delay or failure to perform any part of this Agreement (other than payment obligations) to the extent that the delay or failure to perform by such Party is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Party, including without limitation, acts of God, pandemic, war, terrorism, acts or orders of a government, agency or instrumentality thereof, embargoes, strikes or other concerted acts of workers (whether of Arden Studios’ or other persons), casualties or accidents, deliveries of materials, transportation or shortage of cars, trucks, fuel, power, labor or materials, or any other causes, circumstances or contingencies within or outside the Territory. In the event of a Product shortage, Arden Studio, in its discretion, shall have the right to allocate available Products among its customers.
Limitation of Liability
Arden Studio’s liability for any defect in its products or breach of any warranty shall be, at the sole option of Arden Studio, limited to the repair or resupply of a like quantity of non-defective products, FOB point of original shipment, uninstalled.
